Quick Start
Contributing is easy! Simply browse any Horse, Owner, Breeder, or Exhibitor profile and click "Suggest updates to this record" when you spot information that needs updating.
Find Information to Update
Browse through horse profiles, owner records, breeder information, or exhibitor pages. When you find incorrect or missing information, you can suggest an update.

Submit Your Suggestion
Click the update link and fill out the simple form. Select which fields need updating, provide the correct information, and optionally add notes or supporting evidence.
Review & Approval
Our moderation team reviews all suggestions to ensure accuracy. This typically takes 1-3 business days. You'll receive a notification when your suggestion is reviewed.
Approved updates are applied immediately and you'll see your contribution reflected in your profile and on the leaderboard.
Earn Recognition
Each approved contribution counts toward your total on the community leaderboard. Top contributors are recognized for their dedication to data accuracy.

Anyone with a Paddock Report account can suggest updates. Simply create a free account to get started.
What happens if my suggestion is denied?
If a suggestion is denied, you'll receive feedback explaining why. Common reasons include insufficient evidence or conflicts with verified data. You can always resubmit with additional information.
Can I remain anonymous?
Yes! In your contribution settings, you can choose to opt out of the public leaderboard. Your contributions will still be counted but shown as "Anonymous Contributor."
How quickly are updates applied?
Most suggestions are reviewed within 1-3 business days. Once approved, updates are applied immediately to the database.
